This deserves a post of it's own! Anders knows his colors! I started asking questions like "Anders, get me the blue color," giving him a choice of 2, and he gets it almost every time. He can do it with all of the colors. He doesn't yet have words for the colors, but he understands them.
The way the human brain learns is so amazing. I read books about colors to him, and we use color names in our conversations, but we hadn't really sat down to teach him about colors yet. I hadn't even thought about him learning them--Erik learned his colors around 18 months.
