Ten wonderful years

Carl and I went on a Full Moon Hike together for our anniversary. We already celebrated in Chicago with 3 nights, and we hope to get one night away locally at some point this fall. But getting out for a full moon hike together was wonderful!

Not the best picture, as I wasn't taking it so I couldn't fix the settings. But you can see the moon!

We got to watch the sun setting as the moon was rising. At one point, we lost the trail to the top, so ended up going straight up the side of a hill and perching on the side of it. It was amazing to sit up like that and look down on the valley.
