January 22nd-Monday at the park

The pictures at the park were taken on Carl's point-and-shoot camera, because I forgot my camera at home. I was really sad about it, but still got some cute pictures!

From January 2007

Most Mondays we are eating out for dinner, and we like to go play at a park first. Today we went to Chili's after playing. It was our first time as a family at Chili's, and I think our first "real" restaurant with them. Anders loved the corn on the cob, and Erik loved the children's menu, which had a mad-lib-type activity in it. Of course, he also loved the food!

From January 2007

In this picture, he was posing for me to show off his Monterey Bay Aquarium shirt, which Grandma got for him when we were there. Anders has yet to wear his--after watching 3-2-1 Penguins on Saturday morning, he has developed quite the fear of penguins, and now doesn't want to wear his penguin shirt. However, he still remembers the penguins at the museum fondly, so we assume after the fear fades, the shirt will be more appealing. Thankfully he won't outgrow it soon!
