August 24th--Go, Diego, Go!

This past week the boys attended a daily dance camp at our local dance studio. It was a short camp, just 10-12 each day. The highlight for us was that both boys could attend together, as it was for ages 3-5.

On the last day, they have a brief performance for the parents. They did a lot of dancing during the week, and also made a large number of crafts related to the theme--a Diego hat, binoculars, a rescue pack, stethoscope, camera, watch, and several other things I am forgetting, I'm sure. During the performance, they dressed up in their costumes and acted out a story, in a loose sort of way, while dancing to Go, Diego, Go! music. It was very fun to watch.
