February 19th--making tortilla pizza
Oh, I forgot that these pictures were also on the 19th. Anders loves to help me cook, and he was helping me make our lunch--a brown rice tortilla topped with a little pesto sauce, some ham, and cheese. We then broiled it for a few minutes, and had delicious tortilla pizza.
