March 5th--going home

Juliana passed her bilirubin tests on Monday morning, and was finally discharged and ready to go home.



Becca was excited, though pretty tired. Juliana was a sleepy little thing that first day home.






I was amazed at how big a newborn diaper is on a baby less than 6 lbs (after the typical initial weight loss). Her clothes were huge on her, as well, even the preemie outfit. What does a preemie wear??
