We spent all day Saturday in our second-to-last training class for the CARI program (which works with kids in foster care birth to 2--or 5, it says two different things in two different places in the literature--who have been drug exposed or are HIV positive). Seven hours a day, for six straight weeks. We're tired. It's been good, we've learned quite a bit. Some parts have been repetitive, but I'm glad they are teaching it, even if I already know it.
Anders was really tired this week by the end. We went to Wendy's for dinner, as the fridge was pretty bare at home, and on the way home Anders entertained himself by emptying Erik's backpack. As it kept him from falling asleep, we let him. And thanks to Carl's never-ending organization (he always has his camera with him), we got this cute picture of entertainment, Anders style.
